The work a product needs to move forward.

Product thinking, design, engineering and the practical work around launch, handled by one team. Smart ideas should become real solutions.

  1. Custom Software

Software shaped around how your business actually works.

Replace workarounds and spreadsheet chains with one system built for your exact process.

We build systems for the parts of your business that off-the-shelf tools cannot reach. Architecture, data model and interface all start from the workflow they have to serve.

    • Manual steps replaced by a system that owns them
    • Architecture documented so your team can run it
    • Designed to evolve without avoidable rework
    • TypeScript
    • Next.js
    • Node.js
    • PostgreSQL

  2. MVP Development

The smallest real version of your idea, built to be tested.

Test your market with a working product instead of a pitch deck.

We help founders identify the essential first version of a product and build exactly that: the one journey a user must complete for the idea to prove itself.

    • Scope cut to the journey that proves the idea
    • A working product in front of real users
    • A feedback loop in place from the first day
    • Next.js
    • TypeScript
    • PostgreSQL
    • Stripe

  3. SaaS Development

Subscription products, designed end to end.

Turn what your business does well into a product others pay to use.

Billing, accounts, permissions and onboarding are decided early, because retrofitting them can slow a SaaS product down. You get a platform designed to evolve without avoidable rework.

    • Billing and permissions designed from day one
    • Onboarding treated as part of the product
    • A platform designed to evolve as demand becomes clearer
    • Next.js
    • PostgreSQL
    • Stripe
    • Redis

  4. Mobile Apps

iOS and Android products from one team and one codebase.

Put your product in your customers' pockets, on both platforms at once.

Consumer and business apps designed around the actions your users repeat, built for both stores at once, and prepared for submission properly.

    • One shared foundation, adapted for both stores
    • Offline behaviour and push built in from the start
    • Listings, screenshots and review materials prepared for you
    • React Native
    • Expo
    • TypeScript
    • Supabase

  5. AI & Automation

Repetitive work, handed to systems that do not get tired.

Less manual work. Faster processes. Better customer experiences.

We start from the workflow, not the model. Conventional automation, AI or both are chosen per process, with human review designed in wherever a decision carries risk.

    • The baseline measured before anything changes
    • Human review wherever the stakes require it
    • Systems your team can trust with live work
    • Python
    • OpenAI
    • pgvector
    • LangGraph
    Automate a Process
  6. Websites & Web Experiences

Sites designed to say the right thing, fast.

A website that explains what you do and helps visitors take the next step.

Corporate sites, landing pages and marketing websites treated as products: message first, then structure, then design, then a build that loads quickly and reads clearly.

    • Message and structure decided before pixels
    • Performance and accessibility treated as requirements
    • Built to be measured and improved after launch
    • Next.js
    • React
    • Tailwind
    • Vercel
    Plan My Website
  7. Digital Products & Experimental Builds

Prototypes and unusual ideas, made real enough to judge.

Find out whether an idea works before committing a real budget to it.

Some ideas do not fit a standard category. We build them small and honest: a working artefact that answers a question, not a deck that defers it.

    • The question defined before the build starts
    • A deliberately small, honest scope
    • A real artefact to judge, not another slide
    • TypeScript
    • Expo
    • Python
    • Supabase

Industries

The situations we help untangle.

Different contexts change the constraints. We start with the problem, then choose the shape of work that fits.

Healthcare
Sensitive patient information moving safely between people and systems.
Finance
Auditable transactions, regulatory obligations and demanding response times.
Logistics
A live operational view across fleets, depots and partners using different systems.
Education
Learning platforms that remain simple and dependable during peak demand.
Manufacturing
Turning fragmented production data into useful, timely decisions.
Real Estate
Property, tenancy and maintenance information spread across disconnected tools.
Retail
Keeping product, stock and order information consistent across every channel.
Automotive
Connecting established systems with fast-moving vehicle and service data.
Hospitality
Booking, property and guest systems that need to work as one experience.
Technology
Product delivery slowed by fragile platforms and inefficient internal tools.
Public Sector
Accessible, transparent services built around complex operational constraints.
SaaS
Growing product demand that has outpaced the original architecture.
04How we work

From first idea to production-ready software.

Five phases, no black boxes. The workspace, decisions and review points stay visible from the start.

  1. Phase

    01

    Discover

Understand the idea, the business problem, the users and the objectives.

    • Goals and constraints, written down
    • User needs mapped
    • Success criteria agreed
  2. Phase

    02

    Define

Set priorities, product scope, architecture and a practical roadmap.

    • A scoped first version
    • Technical architecture and data model
    • A roadmap with honest ranges
  3. Phase

    03

    Build

Design and develop the product with modern tools and AI-assisted workflows where useful, supported by human review and engineering judgment.

    • Working software in short increments
    • Every decision reviewed by a person
    • Progress visible in a live environment
  4. Phase

    04

    Launch

Complete the release checks, deploy and prepare the product for real users. Testing runs throughout development, so launch is a gate, not a scramble.

    • Release checklist completed
    • Deployment with rollback
    • Monitoring in place from day one
  5. Phase

    05

    Scale

Improve the product using feedback, evolving business needs and actual usage.

    • Usage reviewed against the goals
    • A prioritised improvement backlog
    • Support and iteration after launch
Questions

The questions we hear first.

How much does a project cost?

We do not publish a fixed price list because the same feature can require very different work in different systems. After an initial conversation, we provide a written range, the assumptions behind it and a clear recommendation for the first useful scope.

How new is VPFUnited Solutions?

New. We are building the company carefully, so we are not using client logos, testimonials or case studies before we have permission and evidence to publish them. You can judge us by the quality of the conversation, the clarity of our thinking and the working preview we create together.

Can a team of two take on our project?

Yes, when the scope suits a focused senior team. We limit the number of projects running at once and explain early if the work needs specialists or capacity beyond the two of us. In that case, we either shape a smaller first phase or decline the project.

How long before we see something working?

We aim to make progress visible in the first two weeks, usually through a working environment, prototype or technical proof. The exact form depends on the project. From there, each increment ends with something concrete to review.

Who owns the code?

Ownership is agreed clearly in the proposal and contract before work begins. Your data remains yours. For commissioned software, the agreement explains which source code and usage rights transfer to you, and which reusable or third-party components remain under their existing licences.

Can you work with our existing engineering team?

Yes. We can lead a defined piece of work, add product or engineering capacity, or collaborate through a gradual handover. Responsibilities, access and decision ownership are agreed before delivery starts.

What happens after launch?

We can continue with maintenance and product development, or hand the system over with the documentation and training your team needs. We agree that path early and keep the code ready for it throughout delivery.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes. We can review your documents or provide our own once the company setup is complete. Tell us early about security reviews, penetration tests or supplier questionnaires so the requirements can shape the plan from the start.

Start with the problem you want to solve.

Have an idea worth building?

Tell us what you're thinking. We'll help you turn it into a clear plan and a working product.
