We optimise for the second team
The people who maintain a system are rarely the people who built it. Every architectural decision is made with that handover in mind, which usually means choosing the boring option deliberately.
We say no to work we would do badly
Taking on an engagement outside our competence helps nobody. When something is not for us, we will say so early and, where we can, point you to someone better suited.
Estimates are ranges, and we explain them
A single number implies a certainty that does not exist. We give a range with the assumptions attached, and we update it publicly as those assumptions resolve.
The work stays visible
You have access to the agreed project workspace and decision trail from the start, with working previews shared as soon as the scope supports them. Progress you can review beats progress described in a meeting.

Culture
A founding team, by design.
There are two of us, and that keeps the work close. The people in the first conversation stay involved when the product is designed, built and launched.
We review each other's work and keep delivery in-house. Design decisions and engineering decisions meet in the same conversation, usually the same afternoon.
We take on a small number of projects at a time, because attention is the thing a small team can actually offer. When something is not for us, we say so early.
