This policy explains what personal data VPFUnited Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We collect as little as we can and keep it no longer than we need.

Who we are
VPFUnited Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at vpfunited@proton.me for any question relating to this policy or to exercise the rights described below.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, basic technical data needed to operate the site and, only after the relevant consent, measurement or advertising data from optional Google services.
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: name, email address, optional company or project name, what you want to build, optional budget range, optional timeline and optional additional information.
- Your email address if the newsletter sign-up is available and you choose to use it.
- Standard technical logs generated by our hosting provider, which may include an IP address and user agent, for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
- Your consent choice, stored in your browser so the site can respect it.
- If you opt in and the relevant service is configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google AdSense may process device, browser, interaction, approximate-location and advertising data, including IP-address-derived information, cookies or similar identifiers.
Why we collect it
Enquiry data is used to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation that follows. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.
Optional analytics and advertising services are activated only on the basis of your consent. You can refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to the essential site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from our last exchange, so that we have context if you return. If newsletter sign-up is active, the subscription is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Consent preferences are renewed after 180 days. Technical logs and optional Google-service data follow the retention settings of the relevant service and are reviewed periodically.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. A small number of service providers process data for us, and Google may process data as a separate controller where its advertising products apply:
- Our hosting provider, for serving the website and storing server logs.
- Our email provider, for delivering enquiry notifications and, where available, newsletter messages.
- Google, only where the corresponding service is configured and you have given the required consent, for audience measurement, conversion measurement or advertising.
Where it is processed
We prefer providers operating within the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the transfer mechanism and safeguards made available for that service, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email vpfunited@proton.me. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Form submissions are rate limited and validated on the server. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a new purpose requires consent, we will ask for it before activating that processing.
